Tea-Coffee
When it is drunk a little bit, it causes a stimulant effect due to a copious amount of caffeine, theophyline and theobromine agents in it (especially caffeine). When it is drunk in large amounts for a long time, depression, nuisance, migraine, insomnia, tachycardia, temper and shivering occurs. Furthermore, caffeine reduces absorption of vitamins and minerals (e.g. zinc, iron, vitamin C, etc.) that needs to be taken from foods. Tannin contained in tea accounts for a reduction in iron absorption occurred while drinking tea. Teat and coffee cause water loss in body.

It reduces food absorption and prevents us to utilizing foods sufficiently.
Raw Egg White
It makes digestion difficult. Since it blocks the typsin enzyme secreted from pancreas, it prevents digestion egg yellow. It deactivates vitamin B8 (biotin).
Chocolate
Its cacao content contains theobromine and caffeine. This causes same effect as tea and coffee. It is stimulant, but causes addiction and gives a sense to drink continuously. Furthermore, it is harmful for our cardiovascular health due to its unsaturated fat content. I case of excessive consumption, our intestinal flora is spoiled, glucose becomes unbalanced and it causes us to gain weight. Therefore, we should never eat chocolate frequently. We may eat it only as an award.
