Before we talk about the impact areas of the natural therapy systems, we describe our body structure briefly. Our body consists of 3 main structures:

  1. Part of our body that we define as exterior body and sense visually;
  2. Our energy body that we called so and that is calles "alem-i misal (example of the universe)"; and
  3. A structure that comes from "Alem-i emir" and blown by God and that we call "soul". .

Briefly, the human being energizes with existance of these 3 structures and connection between them and the body maintains to exist.

The connection between the energy body and exterior body is arranged by the energy canals. And the energy canals are also coordinated by the charka centers in the energy area.

   On the body, the therapies affect the energy body and exterior body. Therapy also a critical places in the connections between the energy body and exterior body. Diseases are orientated by the exterior body, the energy body and the connection between them. Any disorders in these areas cause development of diseases.

   This variety in the body brings about the variety of diseases and their therapy. On the other word, any therapy system affects the energy area and organizes the therapy, while the other one affects the energy canals and orientates the therapy on the body.

   For example, the therapy systems that effect the energy body are yoga , meditation, bio-energy, deep psychotherapy, pray therapies and music.

   The canal therapies are acupuncture, acupressure, message therapies, Reflexology, etc.

   The body therapies are divided into two groups:

  1. Anti-applications reasonably on diseases : In this application preferred commonly by the recent medicine, it is anticipated that one focuses on any resultant diseases instead of getting to the bottom of such diseases. In these therapies, sugar, blood pressure, pains and allergies are suppressed by anti-diabetics, anti-hypertensives, analgesics and anti-allergies respectively.
  2. Regeneration process of the body is supported by anti-oxidant mechanisms.

   As known, the therapy systems on the exterior body, energy body and energy canals are divided into four groups. And the four groups of therapy system are managed in different ways

RTM activates according the logic involving all off the systematic natural therapies except anti-applications among these therapy systems and has an effect both on the exterior body and on the energy canals This shows difference of the RTM.
